Parcel Pro collects and stores information about packages shipped with us so that we can provide services and information in an efficient manner. We collect telephone numbers and e-mail addresses so that we can contact the shipper, recipient or addressee to resolve questions or provide shipment status reports. Information provided as part of a shipping transaction is a record of a business transaction, and it may not be altered after the transaction is complete. We retain customer information for business purposes such as providing proof of delivery and resolving claims, and as required by government regulation. We use information about our customers and their shipments for our own business purposes, including setting prices, establishing credit, billing, and to comply with legal and governmental requirements.
We take appropriate steps to protect customer information from unauthorized access by persons inside and outside Parcel Pro. Access to customer information is limited to Parcel Pro employees who need to know that information to perform their duties.

Users can visit most areas of the Parcel Pro web site without providing any information. However, some parts of the web site require that users identify themselves by logging in before they can gain access. We maintain records of these log-ins.

The Parcel Pro web site utilizes industry standard 128bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect against unauthorized viewing or tampering.
When you register as a Parcel Pro customer, we will ask you to create a profile that includes personally identifying information such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and certain information about your business and your use of Parcel Pro services. Information gathered will not be stored on computers that are publicly accessible. Registered users can review, modify, or delete the information previously provided by editing their profile. Some edited or deleted information may remain accessible by us in backup files and deletion logs. Parcel Pro website neither collect nor store credit information on our website.
