PPI may take future changes or modifications to such terms and conditions at any time without notice and your subsequent viewing or use of our website will constitute your agreement to our changes and modifications. The PPI web site is provided solely for the use of current and potential PPI customers to interact with PPI and may not be used by any other person or entity, or for any other purpose. PPI does not accept recommendations for new services or products through our web site and if such information is received, it will not be considered confidential and PPI will be deemed free to use, communicate and disseminate such information in any manner it chooses.

You may choose to register with the PPI website via the sign-up function. Approved PPI web site account applications currently provide you with access to our password protected areas as well as our general content available to the public. In the future, PPI may add other features that may be accessed though the web site's public and/or private areas of the site. In such event, previously registered users may or may not be required to re-subscribe, at our discretion. By registering with our web site, you agree to provide accurate and current information about you, your company, and any representatives or affiliates of you and/or your company, as prompted by the form and maintain and promptly update your profile information to keep it accurate and current. If you provide information that is inaccurate or not current, or PPI has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate or not current, PPI has the right to suspend or terminate your online account.
