DeliveryDefense Address Confidence from UPS Capital provides AI-powered scoring that leverages machine learning and delivery data to predict delivery outcomes before you even create a label – helping shippers make smarter, safer shipping decisions. 

Our proprietary model analyzes historical delivery performance to assess the likelihood of a successful delivery. Factors considered in the scoring include:

  • Loss Frequency
  • Returns Volume
  • Delivery Attempts

The Parcel Pro shipping platform integrates the DeliveryDefense API to generate confidence scores for labels created on the platform. These scores help indicate the likelihood of successful delivery based on historical performance. For addresses with medium or low confidence scores, we now offer an option for alternative delivery locations, empowering you to enhance confidence levels and help increase the likelihood of successful deliveries.

As a Parcel Pro user with DeliveryDefense Address Confidence, you’ll enjoy benefits including confidence scoring at the point of label generation, proactive loss control, optionality to help improve delivery outcomes, and integrated decisioning to streamline workflows. Additional benefits include access to recently searched addresses and auto-generated UPS Access Point® locations for medium to low confidence scores.

We offer a monthly subscription for $19.99, providing up to 50 scores. Subscribers who exceed this limit can purchase additional scores. Some customers may qualify for a complimentary plan based on their monthly shipping volume.

You can manage your subscription by visiting the DeliveryDefense tab in the Parcel Pro shipping platform and accessing the Manage Subscription page.

Billing occurs at the end of your free trial for the plan you selected at sign-up. Afterward, we will invoice your Parcel Pro account for the applicable subscription fee on a recurring monthly basis. To prevent charges, you must cancel before your current term ends via the Manage Subscription page under the DeliveryDefense tab or by contacting customer service at 1-888-683-2300.
