Log in to the Parcel Pro® platform, navigate to the Support tab, then Order Supplies. From here you can request boxes, labels and pouches for both UPS® and FedEx® shipments. You can also view your order history.

Parcel Pro provides a pickup option while you are creating your label. The pickup date needs to be within 24 hours of the ship date, with 2-4 hours provided for the pickup window.

Log in to the Parcel Pro® platform to create a shipping label as you normally would and email it to your customer. The customer must follow the required packaging and labeling instructions, then request a carrier pick up or drop the package at a Parcel Pro-approved location. See Packaging Instructions.

International Shipping FAQs

No, you don’t. You can process your shipment using a UPS or FedEx international waybill.

EEI stands for Electronic Export Information and is required for goods shipped from the U.S. to a foreign country. EEI is filed through the Automated Export System (AES) and used by the government for developing export statistics and controls. The data contains information about the sender, receiver and goods being exported. You must include it when shipping any single product valued at more than $2,500 and specific commodities requiring a license or license exemption.

Documents include, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • An international waybill
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Bill of Lading
  • Packing List
  • Shipper’s Letter of Instructions (SLI)
  • Certificate of Origin
  • EEI/SED, also known as Electronic Export Information and Shipper's Export Declaration

A Commercial Invoice functions as a Bill of Sale between the seller and the buyer. The invoice shows country of origin, a full description of the product and its intended use, as well as its commercial value. One original and two copies are required for all international non-document shipments. A Commercial Invoice can be printed with your label simply by selecting Create Commercial Invoice on section 9 of the Create Shipment page.

UPS account holders have the advantage of getting paperless commercial invoices submitted directly to Customs for faster processing. This option is provided exclusively by UPS. Generate a paperless commercial invoice on your letterhead with your signature added or upload your own commercial invoice from the Parcel Pro shipping platform.

  • Make sure to retain package for damaged or missing contents. It will be needed to fully investigate a claim.

RewardShip FAQs

Log in to the Parcel Pro platform, navigate to the Account tab, then click the RewardShip tab. Here you will see your balance and redeemable credits.  

Any shipment sent via UPS Next Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air Saver® or UPS 2nd Day Air® and created through the Parcel Pro platform with an insured value of $300 or more qualifies.

Your credits will be built on base transportation fees only and do not include any surcharges such as fuel, Saturday services, adult signature required, etc. 

The credits are applied daily to your account on a pending basis after each qualified shipment. Credits may be redeemable only upon timely receipt of the corresponding payment. Parcel Pro must receive payment on or before the due date for the credits to apply.
